Our Delivery rates are based on the packed weight of each item, so it includes any packaging. We have contracts with major couriers, which means we get very competitive rates on large and small items. Delivery within the UK starts from £2. Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days from the time of notification of despatch and take place Monday to Friday for orders placed before 11am.

Please note that in exceptionally busy periods e.g. Christmas, it may take up to 14 working days for delivery. In all cases, you will be notified when your order has been dispatched and you can check on the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account.

Please note that we currently only deliver within the UK.

Returns

You have the right to return goods to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods for any reason, and for a full refund of the original charges. You are responsible for returning the goods to the address specified by us, and you are responsible for all return carriage costs unless the product is not fit for the purpose originally intended.

To return an item please contact us in writing beforehand and wait for a confirmation and further return instructions before returning goods. Written contact can be by email or post. Please see our Contact Us page for details. We regret we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted in writing (see above). You will receive a refund, or your credit card will be refunded, no later than 30 days after The Little Curio Shop’s receipt of returned goods. If we fail to deliver an order within 30 days of the order being placed you are entitled to a full refund.

Due to hygiene reasons, ALL wrist watches are non-refundable for any reason, we would repair or exchange faulty watches. If we believe that the goods have been worn or any of the conditions are not met then we reserve our right to return the goods to you at your cost.
